A lovely sketch commission I got from www.furaffinity.net/user/horse… that I colored. I highly recommend reading the story linked below, it's an amazing read <3
Based off an excerpt from Sierra's story...
“I don’t know...I can’t say I haven’t thought about it, but I-HHGGCK!” A sudden, hard, angry cramp hit me, coiling around the muscles of my belly. It felt like solid rock under my hands. I dropped the box of cereal to the ground and nearly let the phone fall with it. Gritting my teeth, I tried not to make a sound as the sharp, familiar pain shot through me. A few other customers in the aisle stopped to glance at me as I took deep breaths, glancing at my belly and at each other in alarm.
“Sierra?” said Caroline from the phone at my side. “Sierra, where are you? Are you alright?”
“I’ll have to...guh...c-call you back,” I winced. “I think I’ve got a couple of birthdays on my hands right now.”
