Description from original sketch:
...And so Nancy was on her way. By now, the 17-year old fox girl was so pregnant that even flip flops were uncomfortable to wear; so she went to places barefoot, not too concerned about being seen barefoot. After all, the weight of her belly was already enough to be concerned about. The great effort she had to put in for doing something as basic as walking forced her to make stops from time to time to catch her breath. If there was no place to sit down, she would lean on a wall. While resting, she would watch her belly move, the strength of the movement of her babies always surprising her in new ways.
